| Frank Zand | Being a snowbird, I entrusted this company to do a proper installation, unsupervised. When you look at the picture, you will see that they cut corners on the installation. What you see is all the tubing in FRONT of the AC. They should have installed it to the side. Because of this, it is next to impossible to remove the air filter without a struggle. It usually ends up being damaged. Furthermore, I am unable to use standard filters with the unit. Good luck getting guests or tenants to maintain your first while you are renting your place out. In order to fix up this mess, it would end up costing as much as a new installation. I am now stuck with this. |
