Technician was very knowledgeable. Did a very good job replacing the compressor on the fridge.

I wish it could be zero stars. My tenant reported stove broken on 12/27 3 visits and one forged signature No, I never agreed to pay 860.00 later...no repair. Called customer service and spent 53 minutes on with 3 CSR's who all told me that I needed to escalate to a special division then they promptly put me on hold...only to be picked up by the next CSR who then I had to explain the whole issue to AGAIN. No resolution...back ordered part and no one can tell me if I have been charged for multiple parts or why my signature was forged by the technician. Customer Service is horrible, they have been taught to sympathise but do not have any power to fix anything. One person said I could have my money back except for the service call. Um, no. YOU FORGED MY SIGNATURE. I will be requesting my money back in full. This is not my grandfather's Sears. Never use them!

Henry arrived on time, calling in advance. He quickly diagnosed the drainage problem with my dishwasher clogged drain hose, cleared the blockage, and "freshened" the machine, leaving me extra freshening product for future use. He was friendly and courteous throughout the visit, explaining each step along the way. Gave me great information on the Sears home warranty program...no pressure, just facts. This is my third positive experience with Sears Appliance repair. Will definitely continue to use their services.
