They care more about customer relationships, educating the customer and offering helpful advice; then selling you a new appliance. So rare these days. Just called about a garbage disposal that just stopped working. Instead of setting an appt. to install a new one; she informed me of a reset button that most models have and it worked! When I called to thank her, Beth responded, "Of course, why would you buy an appliance if you don't have to." Also I had a dehumidifier under warranty; but not one company that sells this brand would assist, except for Del-Mar. Unfortuntely this company has not made much money from me, but they still keep helping. One day soon, I plan to purchasing my appliances from them. |
