| Dawn | Had my heater serviced by a heating company, they found a crack in the heat exchanger. Contacted my home warranty and they sent out service pro. Bill was the technician. Explained to him what the other company found. He was very rude and said that there was nothing wrong with the heater. He barely gave a glance at the furnace and left. I decided to get a third opinion by another company. Definitely a crack and the heater is unsafe to use. Need a completely new heater!!! I have two small children and This company and Bill put my family in great danger!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! |
