| Audrey Hiebler | When I made the repair appointment I was misinformed by 2 different agents about the service fee involved.Both lied to me about the 89 charge ,telling me that 89 would be deducted from the final bill.This info was given to me by 2 different people at different times when I called to make the appointment.After repair was completed the Sears technician told me it is not deducted ! My call to a Sears supervisor gave me no satisfaction,only an apology and a statement that they would look into the matter. After 60 years of being a loyal customer, I think it is time to end my business with them.BEWARE OF SEARS POLICY!!! |

| Nancy Koval | Would have been a 5 except that the first appt was cancelled 1 hr before my "time range" was to have started because "the technician assigned isn't qualified to work on your appliance". The tech who came out 3 days later was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. HE gets 5 stars! |
