James Marland | I love the store. I love the stuff they do for kids. Hearing the hammers go with their kid activities makes me smile. Normally this store is a 10 out of 10. Today, we have been waiting for about 2 hours to pick up a moving truck that was promised at 8 am. It is now 10 am. All the crew we arranged to help is now been waiting for about 2 hours. We are getting 30 off discount, but the time wasted is enormous. They first said the truck was dirty and they had to wash it, but that was an hour ago. Ok, they just showed up, so only 2 hours late. Love the store, today was disappointing. edit - I am told the company that the truck was coming from is PENSKE. They showed up without the requested furniture pads. |
Damian Perkins | Been going here for years. Definitely not enough carts for picking up larger materials. Plenty of little carts. It seems like a lot of the big carts are in the store, with building materials on them. Never enough registers open and the new setup slows the contractor check out down to a crawl. The employees are nice and they have most of what you would need. |
Sky Miller | No sales people in the departments. Have to look up and down the aisles for employees. None in sight. Have to go to the cashiers and ask for help. They get on the phone and page somebody to meet you. They come from another department and don't know much to answer simple questions. Home Depot is nothing more than a self-serve warehouse with cashiers. |
