After trying to troubleshoot the problem myself, I finally called LG and they put me in touch with Sandy's TV and Appliance as an authorized repair service. I would not have known to contact Sandy without their referral. However, I am so glad I did! Sandy's associate was very kind and professional on the phone. They were able to diagnose the problem just by speaking with me over the phone, and ordered a new pump for the machine without even needing to come out initially. And, best of all, the part needing replaced was still under warranty, which I did not realize. I just sent my purchase receipt, and they took care of the rest! When Sandy did come out to repair the machine, he was prompt, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable, giving me tips on how to keep my washing machine running at its peak performance, prevent future problems, and also took time to answer all my questions. It has been two weeks since the repair and everything is working great! Thanks Sandy! I will call you with future needs for repair on all my appliances! |
