The came to remove my solar water heater system and install a new indirect water heater system. and I was happy with their work. What went wrong though was the manager. They gave me a quote and I offered them the job. and on completion of the job, the manager did not offer me the 250 discount the had told me. Meanwhile it was on my quote. He said to me to forget as if the 250 discount was not offered. I end up paying them because my wife did not want me to prolong the situation. |
