| EKGall . | I called Dave's three weeks ago to repair my Viking oven. They came out promptly and supposedly diagnosed the problem and said that I needed a part that I might have to wait a few days for. They said that they'd call back the next day with details. Not only did they not call back the next day, they haven't returned any of our 9 phone calls over the last 3 weeks. So we are currently out 175 for what has been a useless service call. I am disputing this with my credit card company. Please don't try to do business with them! It's not worth it! There are so many great companies out there, but this is not one of them. |

The technician was very thorough and courteous - I appreciated the fact that he wore booties over his shoes when working in the house. They diagnosed the issue, acquired the parts and had it fixed in no time. He also replaced a missing screw in the unit which previous service companies had ignored and inspected the whole thing to ensure it was in perfect working order again. Great experience, thank you Dave's! |
