Appliance Repair by Precision Food Service, INC in Wallingford, Connecticut

Jim and Matthew and all the rest of the professional staff at Precision Food Service are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I believe you won't find a more efficient team and also none as reliable in a pinch. We have a client who cooks for thousands and lost a salamander during a very busy time of day. Jim had a crew inside the kitchen the same day, on a Sunday and got the oven fixed without disrupting meal service. Precision also fixes commercial refrigeration equipment now too!

Precision foods picked up our commercial Hobart mixer in December 2016. They then estimated the mixer would cost 900 + to fix the mixer with parts. Then I found out that the parts were only costing 78 dollars. Precision Foods said they would order the parts... never hear from them. They don't return phone calls. No one seems to know what they are doing over there. They then were going to deliver back to us, then ship it UPS to us and as of this morning it is still at their business location. Terrible service and very unprofessional. It is now April 2017 - we have no mixer - not fixed and no parts.

The staff at Precision Food Services are the best - bar none. Of all the things to worry about when managing a commercial kitchen you shouldn't have to worry about your equipment and you don't need to worry if you contact Precision Food Services. They fix everything.
