| Dee M | If I could give less than one star I would. Bar far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Came to fix washer and then left without it being repaired. When I called to let them know that it was still broken, I got the run around that they would have to order a part. My calls would be ignored and no one would respond to me. 2 months later the part apparently just came in and they scheduled a time to come out and fix the washer. They gave a window of 2-4pm and never showed up, I called to see if anyone was coming no response. They charged me 90 initially to come “fix” a washer and then two month later never showed up. Helen Keller could run a business better than these idiots. Do not use them! |
| John DiBella | I called their number, and was greeted with "Hello?" Apparently it's a cell phone, and they don't even answer "Ted's Service" or anything. Scheduled a repair, they didn't show up or even call to cancel/postpone. Total hacks run out of someone's basement, I'm calling a professional now. |
