I had hired someone to put in a dryer vent for me. I was nervous about the safety of a vent going through my attic so read up on safety and code. The first guy i hired promised to do the work as was specified in the code but put in materials that could have caused a fire. I called Bob and Laurie on the recommendation of a friend to see if they could fix the dangerous vent that had been installed. They showed up to take a look, were friendly, patient and confirmed the safety issues which i knew because i had read about it and recognizing how urgently i needed my dryer hooked up, came back the next day and fixed the vent properly, talking me through why they did each step, and cleaned up after themselves. I wish i knew about them in the first place as they charged significantly less than the first guy i hired and knew what they were doing.

Bob and Laurie arrived early. Within just a few minutes Bob had the dryer apart and the problem diagnosed. He had the correct parts with him and the repair was complete in no time. The price was more than reasonable. Way better than trying to use You Tube as an instructor! We now have clean and DRY clothes!
