On Tuesday I noticed that my washing machine had leaked. I called he tried to get out on Wed, my schedule wouldn't allow it. He was able to come out today. He called to let me know he was on the way. He looked at all parts of my washing machine and questioned me on the laundry detergent I've been using. Frank was able to determine it was an issue with the laundry detergent. He explained how it can build up and eventually bubble over. He explained how to remedy the issue and what to do in the future. Frank is very nice, very informative. If I have any other appliance issue, Action Appliance will be my first call.

I have used Action for years for appliance repair and parts. It's only two guys so you always get someone who is knowledgeable and experienced. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. They diagnose properly and repair promptly, although sometimes they have to order the part and return. The billing is fair and honest. I recommend them.
