| David Telep | I purchased a machine several years ago from Renato. He brought the machine to my house and showed me how to use it. Over the years, I have always found him very responsive. He not only provides excellent service, he also takes the time to teach me about how it works so I can do some of the maintenance myself. I have even sent him videos of the sewing machine in operation and asked him questions and he has been able to resolve the questions with a call or text. There are not many guys in the trades who will do that. I can't recommend him highly enough. Great guy, very knowledgeable, honest. |
