My information was taken during the first two calls with the promise to get back to me by the end of the day but I never received anything. My third call I explained the situation and was told that they had been busy and would need to take my information again. If they are too busy to respond to a new customer one who was patient enough to call multiple times over a 10 day period they're not getting my business nor my recommendation. I would bet most people wouldn't have given them 3 opportunities for new business. |
