| DONNA G | Had me drive all the way from New Haven to old Saybrook told me that there was a Dyson factory rep on site to look at my vacuum free of charge and determine if it was worth fixing. When I arrived there was no factory rep only a salesman that turn the vacuum on said yeah the motor is shot cost more to fix it then it's worth and then tried to pressure me into buying a new vacuum. Absolutely sleazy salesman and tactics. |
