| Holly Salegna | Highly unsatisfied with this company. Mark was able to solve our problem, however he left sewer mess ALL OVER the bathroom in our salon. We offered to remove our items from the bathroom and he assured us they were not in the way. We had to hire someone to clean the bathroom CEILING to FLOOR and it took her well over two hours. We had to throw away everything we had in the bathroom including posters, other decorations as well as an antique fabric divider. After he was done, he did make some sort of cleaning attempt, how ever it was using our cleaning supplies and not nearly satisfactory. Mark was extremely unfriendly, and rude to other professionals involved Norwich Public Utilities on call Technician. On top of the poor customer service, he helped himself to parts purchased by another plumber without mentioning it to anyone. |
