Usually unique items like this certain type of bulb with certain wattage is not easy to find on shelves inside the store. I figured let me order online, let them find it and hold it for me and save me the trouble of looking through all items on shelf. It was THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! I received an email when item was ready to be picked up. I arrived at store, looked for customer pickup signs. I had to scan barcode I received in email and magically a door to small locker popped open and inside was my item with my name on it ! That's it! Simple! I picked it and walked out store. Done in 5 minutes! I LOVE STORE PICKUP !!! I Highly recommend it if possible. |
| Ana McLeod | Couldn't find anyone in the insulation department. Went to an associate for assistance and was told they were paging someone.... 10 minutes later no one came. Unfortunately, not the first time this has happened. I try to work with home depot. However, I seem to have to go back to Lowe's just because their customer service is better. |
