| Rose davis | Today the manager called me and was extremely disrespectful and demanded for me to tell him why I didn't pay on the first . On the first I called to speak with the account manager and he was like just pay Thursday, they will be closed so u said I would do it online . He said you know I can come to your house right now or anytime I want to pick up the washer and dryer . I told him have a nice day I also told him online is 24/7 . Aaron's is way better and I'm debating right now on sending it back just because he was so rude ! I've called corporate office . It's fine to call and wonder but don't ever threat me or demand I tell you something. Btw it's the manager there . He is rude and we don't miss our payments we actually always pay on time if not early most times and even did a double payment a few months back . |
