Christine was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the details of a great discount offer on the annual service contract for long time customers like myself, which I accepted. Its very nice of DDLC Energy to reward their long time customers in this way. While on the phone I asked about any options that might be available to reduce the price of my oil. Due to her extensive knowledge and expertise she was quickly able to review my account and clearly explain 3 options available. I accepted the discounted rate variable option, which seemed best for me at this time. Its nice to know I'm getting a good price for my oil and to be reminded of the options available. Christine gave me good advice to pay close attention in the future to DDLC Energy correspondence that will notify me of these options and changes. Over many years DDLC Energy has always kept oil my oil tank and my furnace repaired/maintained to run in top condition. Great job to Christine and DDLC Energy. Keep up the good work! |
