| andrea root | I had called and made an appointment with Jake the Snake for a 2pm call for a clog in my pipe. I called at 2:30 because I still hadn't heard from them nor seen them arrive. They finally answered the emergency line, and said they'll call me in 10 minutes. By 3:30pm I had given up because they were no longer answering the phone. I contacted another plumber before business hours were over for the day. They finally called me back at 4:45pm and said they still had another job to get to before me and would give me a call in an hour. That phone call didn't happen, and I couldn't believe a business which seemed to be rated well would not even have an office receptionist contact customers to let them know an issue arose and it wouldn't be feasible to come out that day. Very disappointed because when I called I felt confident that things would go smoothly and it did the complete opposite. Overall poor service, communication, and business. I wouldn't recommend. |
