LuvBritt | I called to see if they were able to offer me same day delivery because I've been a customer in the past, but the woman I spoke to was rude and not very helpful. I was told no due to not being a recent customer. Completely understand. I asked if they knew of any 24-hour services. She said “let my fingers do the walking”. Even if I were to call them Monday for service-I wouldn't after how I've been treated this morning. I own a business of my own and if I cannot immediately help someone, I still offer assistance because that's called great customer service and compassion. You never know what may come from good service when someone is in a time of need. Maybe loyalty. |
