| Dorna Hebert | Tech came out in January to check out my dishwasher. Was in the house less than 10 minutes and said that I needed a new latch because it was stuck. Also said I needed a new interior panel because the rubber strip was deteriorating and said it would start leaking. Ordered the parts and was told 2-5 days and that I would only pay for parts since I paid previously fir the service call. They came out today after waiting 2 was for parts and they charged a labor fee. Very disreputable and they lie about charges and when parts will be in. The person who answers their phones is extremely rude. Will never do business with again. |
