| Heather Hack | We previously always ordered windows from Lowes, but due to the proximity of Home Depot and the fact that we were told it would only take two weeks, we ordered from here. Two weeks later we were told two more weeks. I just called to check if they were on schedule and was told they couldn't possibly tell me this, and that they may not ship until the now four week arrival date. So basically, I won't find out if they'll be later than two weeks late until they're already late. This is holding up our move, and the person who was coming to help install the windows came and went two weeks ago. I was also told I couldn't cancel the order no matter how late they were because it was a custom order. Very poor service. Do not order windows here. |
