The heating element on our dryer went out, and this is the repair company our warranty provider contracted with. I was thrilled with the level of service that Cory and the team provided. They were super friendly, efficient, and prompt . Cory arrived when he said he would, came with the part in hand, and had the repair complete in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I have used Jensen Appliance a few times now. Most recently, I have been having dryer issues, not drying. Brandon came out, figured out that I needed to replace the blower wheel, ordered the wheel then came out a few days later to replace it. While at the house, he quickly checked my dishwasher, determining that the problem was with the plumbing. After the wheel was replaced, I was still experiencing a longer than normal dryer time. Brandon came back out, with an instrument he was able to test the heating of the dryer. The dryer heated extremely well when the dryer vent was removed and the dryer hose wasn't attached to the house vent. So, I need to be more diligent about cleaning the dryer vent - washing it since dryer sheets can cause a buildup - & the other thing he determined was that the dryer vent needs to be cleaned out & the dryer hose replaced. I greatly appreciate his help and information, I was afraid I was going to have to replace the dryer. Additionally, he didn't charge me since it was within the 30 day window. Highly recommend Jensen Appliance!!!
