miz lan | I have known about Rent-A-Centers for years, but never had need to use them. In January of 2018 I was put in a desperate situation and needed a refrigerator fast. Of course, hearing all the horror stories about they types of stores, I was very hesitant. The staff eased my mind, gave me as much time and information as I needed to make an INFORMED decision. The delivery guys came out that night, put my dead refrigerator on the porch and installed a clean, working, used refrigerator. I was relieved and very grateful. When I didn't need it, which wasn't long, they gladly picked it up and replaced it with a working one my landlord had finally provided. What more could you ask for? The customers of this store have to take their time to understand the policies that Rent-A-Center, the CORPORATION, has put into place. It is in no way the underpaid customer service agents fault. They perform a service, they do not make they rules. I would not hesitate to use this store again. |
