| shannon guerrero | I hired Royal to do several jobs at a rental property, the main being repairing/replacing a hood vent/ kitchen fan. That work was never completed despite multiple calls to them to follow up. They were pretty clueless about the entire job but when I finally got the bill, they did charge me for several hours of work. The smaller jobs they did were questionable in regard to billing for parts and hours of service. The communication was very poor. After waiting in expectation that they'd go back to do the job, I received a call from their billing office asking why I hadn't paid them. They had never sent me the bill and the main job the kitchen hood was still never done. Completely horrible customer service and inept workmanship! Don't use them. They'll fail to complete the work, won't communicate with you, yet still charge for excess hours of labor. Ridiculous!! |
