Appliance Repair by Rent-A-Center in Pueblo, Colorado

Tried the special they had, got the run around about ohhh that requires more down.. down was equal to 2 weeks payment, after everything said and done I asked for refund but was told I had to call the 800 number, called it and they said no the store reimburses you... just more run arounds!! Glad I didn't waste my money with them.

Horrible customer service and employee's except female worker Flow! Previous staff was more professional and highly recommend. Not anymore!

DO NOT even visit. They are friendly when you purchase & then are nasty & can't be bothered after. They tried to hold out on monies I gave them to push me to make a purchase to the point of harassing. I spent a lot of money with them & never will again. I advise not to deal with them.

I put in an online request to call between 5-7 pm due to work. THEY called me 5 times from 12-1215 pm then was rude when I ask who was blowing up my phone. I understand the reviews now. Please never contact me again!

An absolute waste of time and money. They spend a week before payment is due harassing you. The day of called me and my husband 5 times to ask when we would pay. Changed our payment plan without telling us and then wanted to come to our door every week to talk about how important communication is. Honestly infuriated and will never work with them again. Oh and they are selling used appliances for new price so think about that before you say they are affordable. They are such a scam and it's rediculous

I would recommend never shopping though the Rent-A-Center on Prairie in Pueblo Colorado. These people are the absolute worst people I have ever had to deal with in my life. They sent me a couch full of dog hair that has a nasty smell coming from it and had dead mice falling out of. The tables I got had jam stuck in the creases and all over the sides of it. I told the sales associate that I wanted a king bedroom set and got a queen instead and they lied about refunding the money to me and I am completely over them and their unorganized company.
