| Margaret Stringer | Doesn't know a thing about microwaves, yet accepted the job. Came over, took the lock assembly apart, said it needs new switch. Went to get one, but came back empty-handed. Because nobody sells those in Pueblo, right? Probably right. Put the lock assembly back together sloppily, lost a screw on the bottom panel. I've checked the switches, all work. The problem is elsewhere, and it is mechanical. Now I'm trying to locate the replacement part, or repair the old one. Dude, if you don't know how to fix it, don't take the job. Cost me 60 to accomplish NOTHING. |
