| alexis lucero | Bought a new sectional almost a year ago now, 1 month into having it, the armless recliner mechanism broke. I called in to have it replaced and the repair man came and told me it was fine, “just screws need to be tightened.” A couple weeks went by and the couch stopped reclining again. Called in again to have it replaced and had to wait two weeks to have the man come out and fix it because there is only one man who fixes the couches between Pueblo and Springs. He takes note and tells me he'll call back soon, well 6 months go by without a word from this guy, call his personal cell and always get directed to voicemail and never a call back. The staff was friendly but never knew what was going on or where my items were. Eventually they ordered me a new armless recliner but when it came in, it was the wrong piece!! Had to wait another month before I got the right couch. They're so quick to take my money for the insurance but so reluctant to fix anything. |
