| Tom Simmins | While the repair person was on time and helpful, I still do not have any confirmation of the replacement of the microwave that still does not work properly. I am extremely disappointed in Sears and doubt if I will purchase any other products from them. I have been a Sears/Kenmore person for decades, but the customer service from them on this matter has been extremely poor and frustrating. Every time I call I feel I get a different person in a different country who speaks poor English. The last girl assured me I would be taken care of and I have not. Shame on you Sears, no wonder you are closing stores all over the country. Customer service is key and you lost it years ago. |
