Spent 109 for a dryer heater element replacement including a cutoff TML that Larry up-sold me on. Ended up not needing cutoff and brought unopened package back to Larry but was denied return. It does state non-return policy on the invoice he handed me after I paid but this info was not disclosed before I paid. I don't mind overpaying for parts if local outlet provides good advice and customer service. Not the case with these guys. Get your parts through Amazon! |
