We had an issue with our rear leaf springs on our 1984 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60 on our way to Imogene Pass in Telluride from Moab. It was an emergency in order for us to keep our Overland Hawaii with Moku Tents adventure going. The evening before one of our rear shock bolts fell off which led to the shock hanging. So we did a small road side repair to remove the shock in order for us to get off the road and figure out what to do next. While doing that we seen that the whole rear suspension was loose and close to coming off. While driving thru Norwood we stopped at All Mountain Automotive repair shop when they were closed as we were driving by. They were super friendly and just really awesome people. Anyways they did give us a few small parts in order to keep us going. They didn't have time to do the repairs needed, so they called Ray at Fleet Services Norwood to see if he could assist us. So as Ray told us, he knows what it's like to have to do repairs on the road. He was busy, but since he just took a Vehicle off of a lift, he could put our StewieTheFJ60 on and get the suspension taken care of. Anyways, Ray did a great job at a fair price in a more than timely manner. What more could you ask for ? So as soon as that was done, we were off to Imogene and had a successful day overlanding and off roading. Thanks to them, the adventure continues. By the way, the suspension feels better than it did before the readjustment of the rear Ironman4x4 suspension.
