We bought a used fridge from them and the salesman was awesome n did good. Then the problem came with delivery. They tell you that if they have to remove the fridge doors or the house doors to get it in there will be a 25 fee so we thought that meant if tools were necessary but NOPE they charged me 25 to remove the freezer drawer french door fridge and put it on my living room floor so it wouldn't pop open as they moved it in. They did not have 2 use any tools just pulled it off of the tracks and carried it into the house. When I called to question this I was told since they had 2 go above and beyond normal duties they had to charge me. I didn't give them a tip so maybe thats why but watch them and if u can carry it in yourself then do it so they don't charge you for something totally unnecessary like I was
