I brought it in the the “geek squad” and they couldn't figure it out, they then said that they need to send it out but it wasn't covered under the warranty that I bought, then I said what about the whole replace it same day stuff, and she replied that they stopped doing that. Well great, a useless warranty for a now broken computer. |
