Was treated with a lack of concern or regard from first meeting Jackie. I was quoted one price for alignment and rotate of tires by Steve. I was pleased by his quote and rushed in. Then I arrived and was given a 50 up charged or the same exact service quoted on arrival. That could have been overlooked but Jackie was so matter of fact, take your business elsewhere and rude about it, I just had to pass. In the end I told her, “I felt this experience was less than pleasant, but thank you”. she laughed and returned the thanks. Wow, I can't speak to their service department abilities, but their customer service is far left. I can only conclude that they are so busy it doesn't matter to them. I never post a bad review on anyone, this time it was well deserved.

Steve and his wife took such great care of us, during a very tragic time in our life. We appreciate their kindness and compassion. I would recommend them to everyone around the area!
