| Mike Allex | Joe, the technician was fantastic. Been doing this for many years and it shows. However, the customer service department I've spoken with for appointments are less than stellar. Sears needs to move the peripherals back to the USA where we can understand who it is on the other end of the line. Great service work but lousy phone communication. |

The technician had the nerve to call at 5:05pm and leave a voicemail saying that he wasn't going to make it until after 6 and he didn't work past 5 so we would have to call and reschedule. When I tried to reschedule they gave me a date 2 weeks out. |
