The repair person said the parts would not fix it. A compressor was needed. He did not have me sign all the forms you sent me in email form. I have called the numbers he gave me to check on it. I get automatically connected to promotions! I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A WORKING FREEZER AND FOR A MONTH EVERYTHING IN THE REFRIGERATOR PART IS NOT COLD. NO COLD MILK, ALL OF IT. He said the compressor cost more than the Whirlpool is worth. With Thanksgiving week already here your poor service, your terrible product and no solution is what you have left me with. I had to wait for the 5th service call to even get this far. This product is a lemon. Due to them not showing up, cancelling, getting sick, or calling and loosing the call when I went to pick it up, that was my warranty time. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS. I want a working freezer and a working refrigerator, This is a true lemon of a product and the repair person never solved anything!

I TALKED TO FIVE PEOPLE A DAY, PEOPLE WHO SUPPOSEDLY WORKED FOR SEARS, HUNG UP ON BOTH MYSELF AND HUSBAND. DO NOT POUR ANY MORE MONEY FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE. SUBCONTRACTORS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, WHEN SEARS ALLOWED THEM.

New dual fuel range flashing codes. Repair crew could not find nor fix the issue after such a long period, that the warrany expired. Sears refused to make it right. We recycled it at the metal recyler. Second repair issue with sears. But never again.
