N U | Horrible service. Impossible to get ahold of. Didn't even fix the issue. Didn't show up on time. Forgot about the service call. Not sure if on drugs or just that incompetent. I highly recommend NOT working with this person. Steer clear and spend your money somewhere else. |
Timothy Kelly | Terrible experience. Told me I had to replace a really expensive part that didn't fix then problem. Then told me it need a very inexpensive repair, never came back to do it, and never called me back. |
EnviroAction . | On 4/16/18 All Valley Appliance the same person also does business under the name All Westernslope Appliance Repair came to my house on a service call to repair a malfunctioning dryer - . On the service order it stateed the dryer needed a new thermal fuse kit and that the cost to replace it would be 180. I agreed to have him fix the dryer upon my return from an overseas trip and paid the 85 service fee via a credit card number which you wrote down on the service order form. On May 10 All Valley Appliance returned to fix the dryer. I was at the house at the time and offered to help him David as I recall with moving the dryer so you could reach the back. He told me you would be fine with moving the dryer by himself so I left for a previous engagement. Upon my return I found that the dryer was unplugged and unfixed. I also noticed damage to my property. The slate tile floor in my mud room was damaged with numerous noticeable pieces of some of the tiles chipped out. Additionally the appliance room wood door had noticeable new scrapes. And the doors to the appliance cabinet doors were off kilter unhung correctly. After the lack of completion of service, over the phone he told me that “another warning light came on” and that he would need to get another cheap part that would only be 10 and not to worry as you would just charge me for the part and finish the job. He also told me you had to remove the utility cabinet doors. I never brought up the damage to my property as I thought it would best to discuss this in person with him after he had or while he was finally fixing the dryer. I was hoping to resolve your damage of my property amicably and was hoping that he would give me some sort of compensation without the need for litigation. Our text record shows that on May 14th I texted him asking if he was going to finish fixing the dryer. He responded that the part had to come from the east coast and that he would call when he had it in 1-2 days. After never hearing back from him I texted on June 1 “Hey are you going to fix the dryer.” No response. On Monday June 4 after still no response, I saw that on May 10th he had charged my credit card 190 without my permission and without fixing the dryer so I immediately sent him a text stating this was unacceptable. And I followed with a text asking “are you finally going to fix it.” It is now June 7th and still no response. I have disputed the credit card charges and will file a small claims case for reimbursement of his charges for a service not provided and to recoup the costs to repair the damages he made to my property if BBB is unable to help resolve the issue. I plan to have a tile company come to give me an estimate for repair of the tiles he damaged and will also get an estimate to fix the mud room cabinet doors. Of course all of these costs should be covered by All Valley Appliance/ All Westernslope Appliance Repair. Obviously I am less than pleased with his “service.” He damaged my property, charged me 275 and left me with a broken dryer. |
