I have had 4 separate appointments scheduled, including today when I was told I was first on the list. It is now 5:55 pm and in spite of me calling the office and talking to the receptionist twice, no one has come or contacted me. In my experience, there is no reason to call them. They don't seem to value customers as they don't bother to show up or even call. Waiting for them equates to having to take 4 days of vacation time on a job...that is pretty expensive time for a repair that hasn't happened. |
