He told them his concerns and what he thought might be the problem, they listened and they got him in on the same day, got the issue fixed and out the door within a few hours. They even offered to give him a ride back to his place while they diagnosed the issue. Price was reasonable per hour and definitely beats driving more than an hour up and down the pass to the nearest Subaru dealership. Thanks for your kindness and quick response time to the issue.
