| tricia heraty | I've lived up in the mountains now since 2006'. I thought it would be a great experience to build a dream home and for the most part it has been but have been BURNED by so many people either ripping me off, not showing up or doing lousy work. I called Shad at Agent drain after my septic tank froze and John showed up at the house to explain what happened and how he'd put a band aid on it until Spring when they would schedule a return and come out and put risers on the septic tanks. John was amazing, he answered my endless questions patiently as if he had no other customers the rest of the day but I was fully aware he was booked up. I felt a great sense of relief and trust after dealing with him. Just yesterday I was thinking about how they said they'd be scheduling a return and as I was thinking it, they were driving down the driveway! True to their word, organized and professional. Sounds hokey but an instant vibe that I had met the right people and company. Like John, Shad was easy to speak to and gave me answers to all my questions. It has been one of those experiences where you find such good people with good work ethic that you want to keep them on your "good people" list but Shad explained there shouldn't really be a reason to have them visit again. Honest to goodness, as a woman living alone in the mountains there were times I've cried, thinking this is such an amazing place but so many people that are so unreliable or unethical that I put the house on the market. I'm now sitting here thinking if I should take it off today because I've got a handful of great people around me that I can count on....these guys are part of that group and you'd be foolish..seriously foolish to look beyond Agent Drain!! Mountain living is looking better every year! Thanks to all of you at Agent! Tricia |
