Appliance Repair by Big O Tires in Estes Park, Colorado

Apparently they are too busy to finish their service. I made an appointment for a brake inspection and alignment check alignment check was only because it's contingent for the warranty of the new tires I had bought two months ago. When I dropped off the vehicle they asked when I needed it back. First red flag. I replied as soon as possible since I had an appointment. An hour and a half later I received a call that my vehicle was ready and "there are a few things that need fixing. Come on in so we can talk about it." When I returned, the man got my paperwork and said "We've been really busy and haven't had time to write everything up yet. Can we call you back?" Second red flag. I said, "No. I had a 12:00 appointment that I made a week ago. I want to know now." He said I need an alignment but I would have to come back because they "don't have the parts". I told him I disagree with that assessment. He said my front brake pads and rotors need replacing and I agreed. I asked for a copy of my service sheet that had the recommendations scribbled on them. He obliged. I asked for a brake quote and he said he'd have to call me later with it. I asked for him to email me the quote and he said "No problem" and wrote my email address on my service sheet. It is now one week later and I still have not received a quote. Third red flag. Three strikes you're out. Apparently, they are too busy to finish the jobs they start and to honor their promises. I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was in town on a short running vacation and found a nail in my rental car, late Saturday on my way back to town. I had a 6 am Sunday flight and was lucky enough to get ahold of Dan Manager at Big-O after they were supposed to be closed. Instead of NOT answering the phone, he answered, told me to get over to them and he'd handle it. Everybody was super helpful and he got me in and fixed up in no time with a smile and GREAT price. The world would be a better place if people still did business and treated people the way Dan and his staff at Big-O Tires did and continue to do. Hats off to you Dan, believe me next time through i'll be dropping you off a sixer.

Hello! I'm from Kansas City and I took a trip to Estes Park a few weeks ago. On the way out of the mountains I noticed I had a flat tire. I was lucky enough to make it back to big o tires FIVE MINUTES before they closed. I'm very fortunate that Anthony and Jason took great care of us and showed some great character. Sorry for the late review fellas. You guys are life savers
