Appliance Repair by Cornerstone Appliance Services in Dillon, Colorado

This is a reply to John Ozaluk. We never did service work for this person! He called and expected me to know how to repair his appliance before going to the residence and performing a diagnosis. He became irate when I suggested a diagnosis before ordering parts at no cost to him since it was under warranty. I do not need the stress of dealing with people who become irate before even a diagnosis is performed so I calmly suggested he call someone else and said, good bye. Thankfully, I have not heard from him again.

I thought Ed was a pleasure to work with! He came by for some warranty work. Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. In fact, he was able to fix a problem we've been struggling with for a year! We purchased a new stove over a year ago and have been dealing with it under warranty since we purchased it. We have had multiple experienced appliance repair companies come by. Finally, Ed with Cornerstone Appliance came by and actually fixed the issue. We were very satisfied with the level of knowledge as well as the professional service. I would highly recommend Ed with Cornerstone Appliance!!!
