Would never recommended buying anything from this company ever. 3 day return policy. Impossible rebate program. Customer service barely returned phone calls when they say they will. Only once did i get a call back. Over it. I just want my money back at this point. The simple qualifications are not simple like the owner says. To qualify for the rebate the people you set up need to be homeowners, gainfully employed, couples, and people ages 25-69. Which they do not explain while i was purchasing. They dont show to single men, they dont show to renters, and they didnt allow my friend who is a cashier because she is not considered "gainfully employed." Once they disqualify someone they can no longer be qualified regardless of changing circumstances. The salesman michael who showed us the product is the owner of the company's son. He didn't explain these qualifications and seemed like he didnt know about who qualifies and who doesnt for a showing. He probably didn't even need to deal with these restrictions himself. He told us we could do showings in our home which was false. When i tried to set up a showing the company had told me that we could not do that. I feel michael was not fully knowledgeable and was fumbling during our presentations but i looked past that. We had to signed the paperwork 3 times due to him not filling it out correctly the first time. One of those instances had my boyfriend forge my signature. He left me with a receipt paper of another customer's paperwork. During the presentation he tells us he is a trainer. When calling for information from the company there was only one instance when they called me back. They made it hard to schedule showings due to having a full schedule on Saturdays and they dont do showings on sunday because they only have one sales representative performing demos. After writing this review christina a lady from the company texted me saying we no longer qualify for the rebate and that it is karma that we no longer qualify for the rebate. She basically called me stupid for not knowing what gainfully employed means. By definition it means to have steady work in employment. My boyfriend did get a little frustrated on the phone which we did apologize for but never resorted to any name calling. At this point they are only saying things on here to look good towards the public.
