What can I say except that I got a knowledgeable and excellent service? Repairman from Sub Zero Appliance Repair was on time and diagnosed the problem refrigerator's touchpad was not working in 5 minutes! Fixed and cleaned up in less than an hour. Worth every cent but that's not to say it was expensive because it was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know. Not easy finding great service. Thanks to them.

I cannot give any review other than high praise for Bobby. He's professional, timely, mannerable, and most of all knowledgeable. He knows what he's doing. He offers the most economical way to approach a refrigerator hinge problem. A got a lot of "service call" charges for people who didn't know about my refrigerator. I was told to even junk it by one of the techs. I highly recommend Sub Zero Appliance Repair.

Harry from Sub Zero Appliance Repair is great. He came out after 7 pm and was able to diagnose and fix our refrigerator's problem that the refrigerator door was not closing well on the spot. It's always nice to find someone responsive, reliable and someone who knows their trade.

I have used Sub Zero Appliance Repair for the first time for our dishwasher and this time for our LG Fridge which had a dispenser problem and I felt Alex's diagnosis was spot on and he took care of it quickly. very experienced guy. Sub Zero Appliance Repair guys were GREAT! I called them at 9:45 am and I had a technician at my home by 12:00 pm noon. They explained what was the problem with my refrigerator as it was over freezing, told me my cost upfront. They fixed my refrigerator, serviced my refrigerator quickly and were wonderful to work with. These guys will be my first call next time I need any appliance repaired.

All I can say is WOW!!!! When my refrigerator door was not closing well I immediately went on google. He arrived on time and had gone to the store earlier to have all the parts and even a replacement ready if needed. Extremely nice guy. Figured out the problem and was able to swap out the old refrigerator quickly. Even offered a discount if something were to happen in the future. We will use his service again in the future.

Very quick repair for my refrigerator that was over freezing. Lawrence from Sub Zero Appliance Repair is very knowledgeable and quick in response. He diagnosed the exact problem what was occurred. He had the needed part in stock with him and did the repair quickly checking for any possible things that could go wrong again making sure the refrigerator was up and running as it should. He called and informed us he'd be there in about 15 minutes. He was on-the-dot and diagnosed the problem in under 30 minutes. It took a little longer to fix, but he got it done. The refrigerator works! Calls these folks if you need help!

Sub Zero Appliance Repair is fantastic. We've had a refrigerator that was leaking water into the bottom of the refrigerator. The technician showed up on time he was very wise, polite and professional. It was fixed in around an hour and it cost me a reasonable price that I comfortably bear. I have used Sub Zero Appliance Repair several times. Usually, James or his team member works on our old refrigerator which started over freezing. They resolved our refrigerator promptly and we're up and running again. I highly recommend these guys!

I called Sub Zero Appliance Repair and they sent a guy within 30 minutes on a Sunday, what a nice guy he was. He was very compassionate with the fact that this is kind of a family's lifeline. Upon arrival at my house he went right to work and took apart the fridge to test all the parts that make it operate properly. actually the problem was with ice maker parts but he also did some more things which I should have been done once in a week. All I can tell you is what an honest, trustworthy person and I would highly recommend Sub Zero Appliance Repair for any of your home appliance repairs. Also, he stands behind his work and is very knowledgeable. Great guy through and through ... This is hard to find in this day and age!

Our old refrigerator had an ice maker problem suddenly. Sub Zero Appliance Repair arrived on time, analyzed the issue, said that it is repairable but may have trouble again. I should buy a new ice maker. I told them to do so. So they ordered parts and returned 2 days later to install new ice maker.
