As with so many others apparently, our experience with Ryan in repairing an old Sub-Zero was outstanding. Bottom line, importantly is that he fixed the problem completely - it's like having a whole new sub-zero after 20 years! But, it was not easy to diagnose and fix and took several visits. He was always extremely responsive and showed genuine concern when the problem was not initially fully solved. He was knowledgeable; explained what he was doing and what our options were; quickly got the parts that were needed; and was very patient and committed to getting it solved. A very pleasant and professional person to deal with and clearly someone who takes great pride in his work and his reputation. No surprises; reasonable costs given that it's a sub-zero!; and prompt service.

My Sub Zero wine storage was not working correctly so I shopped around town for a licensed professional. These guys had the best reputation and the most experience with Sub Zero appliances. Over all a good service experience and the repair was completed quickly.
