If could give a zero I would. We had an appointment schedule between 9-12 however the day of the appointment I got a call from Chris the tech and he said the appointment was moved to 1-3. I told him that I could not make that time because I was out of town. He than asked if he could enter my house with out anyone being at the house. I ask him did I just hear you correct you want to enter my home with no one being there he said yes is there a problem with that? I told him that was not going to happen. I than call my son to see if he could be home during that time 1-3. He was able to be at the house during the scheduled time. Chris showed up at 12:48 pm I have a Ring Doorbell he plugged my TV in and said the screen was dead but he could give me a quote to fix the screen but it would be very expensive. My son call me and I talked to Chris and told him that we have a 4 year care program and it should be covered by the program. He stated that he was not aware of care program. He stated he thought it was a standard one year care program and hung up on me and left the house at 1:02 pm without leaving any paperwork or anything. I would not recommend this company for any service work.

Had an issue with my Samsung TV under warranty, and was set up with this company through Samsung's customer support. Chris, the repairman I worked with, was very friendly the first time he came to fix the TV. The repair window was 12-3, Chris got there slightly before 9 AM which was a bit unexpected but I did not think anything of it. He chatted while fixing the TV and was generally friendly. However, the problem was not solved and so I contacted the store directly to come back and take another look. Once again the service window was between 12 PM and 3 PM, yet Chris arrived before 9 AM. I told him this and he said, with a scoff, "oh ya that's just an estimate." Slight annoyance but not major, just frustrating that they blatantly do not stick to their schedule. This second visit Chris was not nearly as friendly, and just told me that my TV is fine the way it is, that these "new TVs are just bare bones." After explaining that he wasn't going to do anything Chris left. Be prepared for your repair person to arrive at any time of the day, and be aware that they will not put in the extra effort to fix a problem beyond swapping out a new screen.

Chris came to my home on Fraser Court in Aurora and my experience was excellent. Chris was friendly, very knowledgeable and quick. Chris helped me fine tune my Samsung TV and provided helpful settings information. I had an excellent experience with One Stop Appliance Repair because of Chris. Thank you Chris !!
