This team is incredible. They helped me so much, from dealing with warranty stuff, to speaking to LG on my behalf, to a stellar job fixing my fridge. They made a scary time much better. Thank you, Julie! Thank you, Mike! I appreciate you both very much.

The repair techs arrived when they said they would. Two techs showed up, one was being trained on LG refrigerators and the other was well experienced on LG appliances. I liked it that the company did not just send someone out alone to learn about LG appliances 'on-the-job' but rather they have a training process in place. The diagnosis was thorough. They described the issue, explained our options, ordered the parts needed, and explained our costs. When the parts were in they scheduled a followup home visit the next working day - and showed up early. They completed the repairs and did a thorough systems test before leaving. They were efficient, they did the repair work in the middle of the kitchen, properly protected our flooring and cabinets during the repairs, and cleaned up after themselves. Both techs were very friendly, informative, respectful, and professional. The refrigerator actually seems to be working better now than when it did when it was new. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would give the techs and the company 12's
