When told I wanted my vacuum back before they did anything to it, sent it to the service center and my money back both the owner and the manager berated my mom telling her that wasn't the way they do business anymore. She called immediately to tell them not to do anything with her vacuum and they sent it in to the service center anyway, tried to pressure her into buying a new vacuum and made her wait until the next day to pick it up. She called to let them know when she would pick it up and was told if she didn't they would throw her vacuum away. They held her vacuum and money hostage and pushed selling her a new vacuum. They don't want to fix your stuff, they want to either over charge you and hold your money hostage or sell you an over priced new product. Used car salesmen, lawyers, and sharks are more trust worthy |
